Helping the Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia Better Connect with Parents and Families


What was the issue?
Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP) is a privately-funded program whose mission is to provide children from under-resourced Philadelphia families with financial access to quality, safe, K-8th grade, tuition-based schools. CSFP’s recently introduced Parent Ambassador (PA) program is expanding and they were looking to gain a better understanding of how to effectively serve the needs of families in the school communities they currently serve and will be serving in the coming years.
