Many thanks to the regional federations and national associations, which have endorsed the GRBN Building Public Trust Charter
The latest GRBN Trust Survey confirms that our sector does indeed have a trust problem.
But rather than dwell on the problem, or bury our heads in the sand, GRBN is leading the global charge to do something about this problem. With the support of regional federations and national associations, as well as numerous company partners, who understand just how important trust is to our sector, and their business, we are taking action to increase the level of trust the general public has in what we do.
This general public’s confidence in what we do is not only vital if we are to increase participation rates, but it is also vital if we are to maintain decision-maker confidence in the data and insights we deliver. This we cannot afford to lose.
Through our research we know how to move the trust needle, and the GRBN Building Public Trust Charter is the our call to arms to our sector to work together with us leverage the drivers which will enable us to build a strong trust relationship with the general public.
Treating people with respect and giving them a great user experience when they participate in research is the foundation upon which we need to build our trust relationship with the general public.
We have launched the GRBN Participant Engagement Initiative in order to help companies and individual researchers create and deliver great research participant experiences.
Together with our partners, we have issued the ENGAGE Handbook, which is full of practical tips and examples of how to create great experiences. We encourage you to seek inspiration from the Handbook and to share it with your clients, colleagues and partners.
If you are really serious about the issue of Trust and Participant Engagement, we encourage you to join our ENGAGE MR coaching program and become a Participant Engagement Champion. You will be in very good company if you do.
