Washington – September 29, 2021

GRBN, in collaboration with our national association and corporate partners, is under-taking this important global initiative.

The key objective of the initiative to provide leaders of associations and businesses in the market research and insights industry across the globe with benchmarking data on diversity, equality and inclusivity.

The first phase in this initiative gets underway in the second half of 2021, when the GRBN Global Diversity, Equality & Inclusivity Survey 2021 is being conducted.

The objective of this survey is to measure, benchmark and report on market research and insights industry employees’ attitudes towards diversity, inclusion and equality at work. Benchmarking will be possible not only across countries but also to other broadly-defined industries.

The initial wave of the research will cover 10 countries across the globe: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Japan, Norway, Peru, UK and USA

The survey covers attitudes to workplace culture as it relates to diversity, inclusivity and equality, as well as people’s personal experience with, and witnessing of, discrimination. Fieldwork is taking place in October and global, as well as local reports, on the key findings will be released in early December.

If you would like to find out more about this initiative or get involved, please either email our Executive Director, Andrew Cannon, at firstname.lastname@grbn.org or reach out via our contact form.

Thanking our national association and corporate partners

This initiative would not be possible without the generous contribution of our partners, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their invaluable support.
