From its inception, the GRBN Participant Engagement Initiative has been global by design, and we are striving to engage as many companies from as many countries as possible to come on-board.
Environics Research joins our lead partner, Vision Critical, in flying the flag for Canada
Vision Critical has been the lead sponsor on the initiative from the word go, being a staunch supporter of the initiative as their CEO, Scott Miller, explains: “For Vision Critical, improving the way companies engage with their customers by providing a better customer experience and a mutual exchange of value through that engagement is more than just a good idea – it’s our mission. We strongly believe that a shift in approach is imperative for the industry, and we are excited to join with GRBN and other leading industry partners to support the GRBN Participant Engagement Initiative.” We are pleased to welcome Environics Research as our 2nd Canadian-based partner. On joining the initiative, John Crockett, Vice President – Digital Innovation and Data Management at Environics Research commented: “We’re excited to participate in the Participant Engagement Initiative because it represents an opportunity for suppliers, agencies and end clients to collaborate on a critical issue facing our industry. As market research professionals come under increasing pressure from technological disruption its imperative that we develop practical, holistic solutions that ensures that we’re able to deliver meaningful and actionable solutions to real business problems.”
Ask Afrika – a first for Africa
GRBN’s Executive Director, Andrew Cannon, had the honour of giving a presentation on participant engagement at the inaugural AMRA Conference in Johannesburg earlier this year. Following on from that, we are very excited to announce that Ask Afrika has become the first African-based research company to come on-board. On becoming a partner, Andrea Gevers, CEO and Founder of Ask Afrika, commented: “Ask Afrika is known to be obsessed about Data Integrity for Clients, which amongst others relies on excellent interviewers and respondent engagement. We are thus thrilled to be the first African research company to be on-boarding the GRBN initiative, which will provide us with detail on the successful respondent/ interviewer engagement. Our Clients appreciate us being on the forefront of excellent Data Collection Practice in Africa.”
