AMSRS, GreenBook, Insights Association, MRIA, MRS and SAMRA are the first associate partners on the joint BCG-GRBN ROI from Insights initiative.
Increasing Understanding
The objectives of the first part of the initiative are to:
  1. Explain the key reasons companies don’t measure ROI
  2. To learn how companies that do measure ROI do it, and how they’ve overcome the barriers holding others back
  3. To create a self-assessment test companies can use to check their measurement of ROI from Insights Audit
To achieve these objectives, we will be conducting both qualitative and quantitative research during March and April, and the associate partners are being instrumental in providing sample and connecting us with potential participants. As a first step, we will be talking to a number of Insights budget holders across the globe to understand how they currently measure their ROI, or more broadly their business impact, and to understand what are the key barriers to measurement, and finally to explore how these barriers could be best overcome or circumvented.

As we move forward with the initiative, the associate partners will play a vital role not only in spreading the findings from the research, but also in the dissemination of the ROI from Insights self-assessment tool and associated handbook, not only for the benefit of end-clients, but also for the research companies that work with them.
